When we are rigid, it can be useful. Being always rigid is a curse. When I am rigid, I am not letting the life happen as it should go on. When I experience getting rid of being rigid, I feel Free again. It makes my breathing easier. It makes my muscles soft. It makes me feel home in the moment.
